1.     Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the coaching services provided by Dr Maria Noguer trading as Chi Health Coaching (the “Company”). By booking or participating in our services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2.     Services

We offer a range of health and wellness services, including but not limited to:

  • One-to-one coaching sessions.

  • Chi Me sessions.

  • Cooking demonstration sessions.

  • Group health coaching and workshops.

Our services are tailored to support your health and wellness goals. However, they are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Medical Disclaimer:

  • Our coaching services are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition.

  • If you have any concerns about your health, please consult a qualified medical professional.

  • In emergencies, contact your local emergency services immediately.

3.     Booking and Payment

All coaching sessions and services must be booked in advance.

Payments are required upfront to secure your booking unless otherwise agreed.

Pricing details for each service are provided on our website or communicated directly.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  • Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice are eligible for rescheduling.

  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice or missed appointments are non-refundable.

  • Chi Me sessions and Cooking Demonstration sessions are non-refundable once commenced.

4.     Your Responsibilities

By participating in our services, you confirm:

  • You are over 18 years of age or have consent from a parent or guardian.

  • The information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.

  • You will follow any health and safety recommendations provided.

You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or share any materials provided during coaching sessions, group programs, or any other service without prior written permission.

5.     Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Any personal data you provide will be processed in accordance with our GDPR-compliant Privacy Policy.

6.     Intellectual Property

All materials shared during coaching sessions, group programs, or any other service are the intellectual property of Dr Maria Noguer trading as Chi Health Coaching. These materials are for personal use only and must not be shared, reproduced, or sold without explicit permission.

7.     Limitation of Liability

While we strive to deliver high-quality services, you acknowledge that:

  • Results may vary based on individual circumstances.

  • We are not liable for any adverse outcomes resulting from actions taken based on our coaching services.

Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the total fees paid for the service in question.

8.     Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website and are effective immediately upon posting.

9.     Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
