I am based in Reading, UK and can see you online or face to face.

I offer a STARTING package, perfect to jumpstart your health journey providing structure and support in just two months. After that, if you feel you need to extend your transformation I offer a PROGRESSING package that provides ongoing motivation for a further two months, reducing the likelihood of backsliding. Finally, if all you need is a one-off-session, I offer MAINTAINING consultations for current clients.

What to expect from a Health Coach programme?

  1. Discovery call: Opportunity to book a free discovery call to find out more about how we can work together.

  2. Before our first appointment: I will send you an initial health questionnaire and a 3 day food diary for you to complete and send back to me before our appointment.

  3. At our first appointment – Initial consultation session (90 minutes): I will take your detailed health case, going through your goals, health concerns, symptoms in all body systems, medical history, lifestyle and physical activities and diet analysis. At the end of the session we will co-create the first 2 weeks coaching action plan.

  4. After our first appointment: I will send you the written 2-week action plan together with any other information that we agreed during the initial consultation to support your coaching plan.

  5. Follow-up consultations: Generally 2 weeks after to monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
