What is Chi Me?
Chi Me is a Tai Chi-inspired exercise designed to improve balance, mobility and overall well-being. It combines slow, flowing movements with mindful breathing, making it accessible to people of all fitness levels—including those with mobility issues or chronic pain. Unlike high-impact workouts, Chi Me focuses on gentle, controlled motions that help reduce stiffness, improve flexibility and promote relaxation.
Health benefits of Chi Me:
Improves balance & coordination – Helps prevent falls by strengthening muscles and enhancing body awareness.
Eases joint pain & stiffness – Gentle movements promote flexibility and reduce discomfort, making it ideal for those with arthritis or mobility concerns.
Reduces stress & anxiety – The slow, mindful nature of Chi Me calms the nervous system and encourages relaxation.
Boosts circulation & energy levels – Encourages smooth energy flow (Chi), reducing fatigue and increasing vitality.
Supports posture & core strength – Strengthens stabilising muscles to improve posture and reduce strain on joints.
